He has been fortunate to have worked with organizations like Voltas,ITC,Coromandel Fertilisers,Oberoi Hotels in the first part of his career.He then went on to lead HR in organizations like Modi Xerox,Shell India,SAP Ag and his last assignment was as President HR for the Raymond Group.His value addition in the HR domain placed him as Chairman of IKYA in his second innings.IKYA [now renamed QUESS Corp Ltd]was a brilliant startup which went public in just 9 years and is now India’s largest private sector employer with a turnover of 1.5 Bn$ and an integral part of Prem Watsa’s Fairfax Group of Canada

Marcel now serves as the Chief Mentor of Quess Corp and on the Advisory Boards of other Companies.He is a Certified Leadership Coach,Advisor,Consultant and enjoys working with developing talent across diverse organizations.Widely involved in giving back to the community he serves on the Advisory Board for SE Asia for SHRM and was Regional President of the NHRD,India’s most reputed HR organizations and schools and Management Institutes.Coaching is a passion and can count amongst his clients leading Indian and multinational organizations and educational organization“
