Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Wroots Global Private Limited – Wrae App

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

1. General

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions and services availed through the Wrae – Refer and Earn mobile application, operated by Wroots Global Private Limited.

2. Referral Earnings

  • Referral rewards are credited to your Mobile Number via cashfree only upon successful joining / Probabtion completed of a referred candidate, as per the referral program terms.
  • Referral earnings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the approved UPI/IMPS/NEFT redemption process.
  • In the event of a dispute regarding referral payouts, users may raise a request within 30 days of the transaction date.

3. Paid Services / Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • There are no paid services inside the Mobile App on both platforms
  • Any party claiming to be wroots and asking for payment in exchange of monetary funds is to be strictly avoided
  • Refunds will not be issued for these cases
  • If a technical error on our part results in a Withdrawl, our team will provide support via call / email and ensure your money is credited successfully.

4. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, access to your Referred candidates / Past candidates still stands and you’re elegible to receive payouts as per referral terms.
  • Pending referral earnings that meet the minimum payout threshold at the time of cancellation will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Scamster
  • Failure to read the referral program terms before participating
  • Rewards forfeited due to violation of platform terms and conditions
  • Accounts suspended due to fraudulent or misuse activity
  • Bulk upload of entire contact books

7. Google Play Purchases

For in-app purchases made via Google Play, refunds are subject to Google Play’s Refund Policy. Wroots Global Private Limited is not responsible for refunds processed by Google.
